To register and maintain an account on vworld, a User must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

Any account found to belong to an underage individual will be immediately closed, all deposits refunded in full, and any winnings forfeited. We take this obligation seriously.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must notify vworld's support team immediately upon discovering any unauthorised access to your Account.
Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent time constitutes a material breach of these Terms. vworld reserves the right to void all transactions, close the Account, and retain any balance where fraudulent registration has been established.
Subject to these Terms, vworld grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to scrape, copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.
You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws. You must not use the Platform in any manner that is harmful, abusive, fraudulent, threatening, or otherwise objectionable. vworld reserves the right to terminate access for any Player found to be engaging in unacceptable conduct.
Access to the Platform requires a compatible device and internet connection. vworld is not responsible for any connectivity issues, device incompatibility, data charges, or service interruptions arising from your hardware, software, or internet service provider. The Platform is optimised for modern browsers on Android and iOS devices without requiring a separate application download.
All games offered on vworld operate using independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, are conducted by qualified croupiers via live video stream. Advertised Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes in any individual session.
vworld accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment channels: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX. Cryptocurrency deposits in BTC, ETH, USDT, and LTC are also accepted. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or its cryptocurrency equivalent.
Deposit processing times are generally instant for e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow) and between 5–15 minutes for FPX bank transfers. Withdrawal processing times are: e-wallets under 5 minutes, DuitNow and FPX bank transfers 5–15 minutes, and direct bank wire transfers 15–60 minutes. These timeframes are indicative and may vary during peak periods or pending KYC review.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification prior to processing. vworld reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending the satisfactory completion of KYC or fraud review procedures.
Own-funds policy: All deposits must come from a payment source owned by and registered in the name of the Account holder. vworld does not accept payments from third parties on behalf of Players.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, loyalty rewards, and promotional credits offered by vworld are subject to specific terms published at the time of the promotion, which supplement these General Terms. In the event of conflict between specific promotion terms and these Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus amounts are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion. Players must complete the wagering requirement within the specified validity window (typically 7 to 30 days from bonus issuance).
When a Bonus Balance is active, the maximum stake per bet or spin is capped at RM250 per round unless otherwise stated. Placing bets that exceed this cap while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
Different game categories contribute differently toward the wagering requirement. Slot games generally contribute 100% of the bet amount; live casino and table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) typically contribute 10–20%. vworld reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close accounts, where it has reasonable grounds to believe a Player is engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting low-edge games to clear wagering requirements, coordinating with other Players to generate artificial turnover, creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, or structuring deposits and withdrawals to manipulate bonus mechanics.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vworld platform. Any breach may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:
All content available on the vworld platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, audio, and visual materials ("Content"), is the exclusive property of vworld or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to view and use the Content solely for your personal entertainment on the Platform. No Content may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, or used commercially without the prior written consent of vworld. The vworld platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain 99.9% platform uptime, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. We do not guarantee specific game outcomes, jackpot availability, or return-to-player rates in any individual session.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vworld shall not be liable for: (a) any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform; (b) any interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to technical maintenance, connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control; (c) any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain password security; or (d) any changes to these Terms or the Platform's features and game offerings.
vworld shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, network failures, cyber-attacks, or other force majeure events. In such circumstances, vworld will endeavour to notify affected Players and restore service as quickly as practicable.

vworld reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) the Account is being used for fraudulent or illegal purposes; (c) the Player is located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction; (d) continued operation of the Account presents a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to the Company.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting the vworld support team in writing via the support email address. Upon account closure, any Real Money Balance that has met applicable verification requirements will be refunded to your registered payment method within a reasonable processing period. Any Bonus Balance will be forfeited upon closure.
Upon termination of your Account for any reason, your licence to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that are, by their nature, intended to survive termination (including clauses relating to liability limitation, intellectual property, dispute resolution, and anti-fraud measures) shall continue to apply.
vworld reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with clause 12.2 above.
